Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for a refund.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
